Our department was awarded a FEMA Grant for Firefighter wellness/immunizations. The staff at Working Well was quite knowledgeable on the NFPA 1582 Standard as well as the services in which we would require. From the quick response to questions, the modest pricing to the actual visit was in a word “painless”. I am pleased that we chose to use Working Well as the provider of our physical program and will continue to use their occupational medicine services in the future! For prompt, courteous service and overall value, I feel that Working Well can’t be beat, I would recommend to anyone!

Sullair has used Working Well for the last couple of years to help us get ready for our annual Health Fair. We offer fasting blood work for our employees prior to the fair and Working Well comes to our worksite in the early hours of the morning to draw the blood samples on our employees. This allows our employee to go straight to their workplace after the draw and a light breakfast. It is a win-win situation. Then, when the Health Fair day arrives, Working Well offers their physician to come and go over the results of the blood work with the employee. This has had a tremendous impact on the health of our employees. I can not thank the Working Well group enough for helping us to make our employees healthier.

The staff is professional and pleasant to work with in every area in which I have had experience with them. When we have had Working Well staff on site for flu shots, etc., it has been a very organized and pleasant experience for all Chicago Faucets staff involved. Working Well has provided the School City of Hammond with excellent medical and health services for several years. They are our Workers Comp “go to” facility and they provide our employees with excellent care when they are injured on the job. Working Well also works in concert with our Workers Comp TPA and insurance company, and they serve us, as the employer, well in getting our employees back to work in a timely manner.
We have also used Working Well to provide our employees with periodic blood screenings. The staff there has worked with us in getting these employees taken care of in the buildings where they work before they start their work day. The staff is always friendly and courteous to our employees as well as professional in every sense of the word.
Working Well has also provided us with new employee physicals. Their location in downtown Hammond provides us with a convenient place for all employees to report.
The staff and administration of the School City of Hammond have greatly enjoyed our successful relationship with Working Well. We look forward to expanding services such as a wellness program as that relationship continues to grow.
Working Well provides an excellent administration with outstanding support in the persons of Gladys Salas and Tim Ross. Dr. Eric Kupchik and Michell Arvia provide excellent professional services and are an asset to our health care team.
I would recommend Working Well to any employer who is interested in providing outstanding occupational health services to their employees.
